You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing on behalf of a verified research institution, laboratory, or company to buy from this site. All accounts are reviewed before first order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request further evidence of research use for any order.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. An order is accepted only when payment has been authorised and a confirmation email has been issued.
4. Shipping
We ship from the UK. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders; otherwise a standard shipping charge applies at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of research products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
