Research Chemicals & Peptides

1. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical use. By purchasing from Flex Peptides Ltd, the buyer acknowledges that these products are not intended for:

• Human consumption or clinical use.
• Veterinary use or application to animals.
• Drug, food, or cosmetic use.
• Diagnostic purposes.

2. Buyer Representations and Warranties

The buyer represents and warrants that they are associated with a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or university. By placing an order, the buyer agrees:

• They are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• They have the necessary equipment, knowledge, and safety protocols to handle hazardous chemicals.
• The products will not be resold for human or animal use.

3. Hazard and Safety Disclaimer

The chemical, physical, and toxicological properties of many peptides offered have not been fully investigated.

• Handling: Only qualified and trained professionals should handle these substances.
• Storage: The buyer is responsible for the proper storage and disposal of all materials in accordance with local and federal environmental laws.
• MSDS: Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request and must be reviewed prior to use.

4. Limitation of Liability

Flex Peptides Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages—including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages—arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any products.

• The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Flex Peptides Ltd harmless from any claims, expenses, or losses resulting from the buyer's breach of these terms.

5. Compliance with Laws

The buyer is responsible for complying with all local, state, and international laws regarding the import and possession of research peptides.

• Flex Peptides Ltd does not ship to jurisdictions where these substances are prohibited.
• If a shipment is seized by customs due to local restrictions, the buyer assumes all financial loss.

6. No Medical Advice

No information provided on this website—including product descriptions, blog posts, or email correspondence—should be construed as medical advice. We do not provide dosage instructions or "how-to" guides for human administration. Any inquiry regarding human use will result in an immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from our store.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of these products and the requirement for temperature-controlled storage/chain of custody, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns as we cannot verify the integrity of the product once it has left our facility.

 

8. Strict Prohibition of In Vivo Use

Any use of these products in in vivo (live organism) testing—including but not limited to humans or animals—is strictly prohibited. These products are for in vitro (test tube/petri dish) laboratory research only.

• Detection of Misuse: If Flex Peptides Ltd has any reason to believe a buyer is purchasing products for human or animal consumption, we reserve the right to cancel the order, void any future transactions, and blacklist the user without notice.

9. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flex Peptides Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from:

• Any use of the products not explicitly authorized by these Terms.
• Any violation of these Terms by the Buyer.
• Any claim brought by a third party related to the Buyer's handling, storage, or use of the products.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are sold "AS IS." * Flex Peptides Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• While we provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for purity, these are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in any specific research application.

11. Assumption of Risk

The Buyer acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with the handling of laboratory chemicals. The Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for:

• Personal injury or property damage arising from the handling or use of the chemicals.
• Ensuring that the chemicals are used in a facility equipped with proper safety gear (fume hoods, PPE, etc.).
• Educating their staff or researchers on the potential hazards of the specific peptide sequences purchased.

12. "Not a Pharmacy" Clause

Flex Peptides Ltd is a supplier of research chemicals and is not a pharmacy, medical provider, or manufacturer of controlled substances.

• We do not provide medical consultations.
• We do not sell "supplements."
• Our staff is trained only in chemical composition and logistics, not in biological application or health outcomes.

13. Severability and Governing Law

• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or illegal by a court, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of United Kingdom

14. Right to Refuse Service

Flex Peptides Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, particularly if we suspect a breach of our "Research Use Only" policy or if the buyer is located in a high-risk or prohibited jurisdiction.
